ASE Japanはここ数年、ASE Japanチームとしてだけでなく、ASEグループ全体と協力し、製品領域およびコスト構造の拡大並びに改善を続けてきました。以降、ASE Japanの顧客基盤は、大幅に改善されたコスト構造とともに急速に拡大してきました。特に日本の半導体企業はまだ再編の過程にあるため、これらは容易なことではありません。
それにもかかわらず、ASE Japanは、国内のOSATビジネスにおいてコスト競争力のあるプレーヤーに変身しました。今後もASE Japanは、以下の分野に注力し、製品ラインアップと顧客基盤の拡大を図っていきます。
- sDFNおよびQFN
- SiPとモジュール（ASEグループ戦略に沿ったもの）
- 自動車および産業用アプリケーション

Over the last few years, ASE Japan has continued to expand and improve its product range and cost structure, working not just as the ASE Japan team but with the ASE Group as a whole.
ASE Japan customer base has since broadened rapidly alongside a significantly improved cost structure. This does not come with easy, especially as Japanese semiconductor companies are still undergoing processes of consolidation. Nevertheless, ASE Japan has transformed into a cost-competitive player in the domestic OSAT business. In the coming years, ASE Japan will continue to extend product lines and enlarge our customer base by concentrating on the following areas:
- sDFN and QFN
- SiP and Modules (aligning with the ASE Group Strategy)
- Automotive and industrial applications
In addition to continuing to serve our customers, as citizens of Yamagata Prefecture we will strive to fulfill our commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR). In our promise, we will continue to both participate in and sponsor local events. We will make our employees proud to be members of ASE Japan.
